Shipping & Returns

All of our orders are usually processed within 48 hours from time of receipt (excluding weekends) and usually shipped within 72 hours from the time of receipt (excluding weekends). If ordering other than videos, the same rates below apply per pound. If you have any questions about our shipping policy, please contact our customer service department via e-mail.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the item may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. We will also pay the return shipping cost if the problem was a result of an error on the part of TPC.

If an order is canceled prior to shipment, a full refund will be issued. If an order is canceled and returned to AMF due to no fault of TPC, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.

If a video or DVD has been opened and is not damaged or defective, the item is nonreturnable.
